creating a shape that resembles a star or a sixpointed
polygon. In many traditions, the
hexagram represents the union of opposites,
such as masculine and feminine, or spirit and
matter. It embodies balance and harmony. In
Judaism, the hexagram is known as the Star of
David (Magen David) and is a symbol of
Jewish identity and community. In Hinduism,
the hexagram is associated with the Shatkona,
symbolizing the union of male and female
energies, often used in yantras.
